Practice Yoga at Van Dyck Park (for Free!) on July 21

If you’re looking for a way to unwind this summer, there’s probably no better way to do it than flowing through yoga in the fresh air. Yoga in the Park will unfold at Van Dyck Park on Sunday, July 21st, courtesy of the Art of Living Foundation. From 8 to 9 a.m., yogis are invited to unfurl their mats and find their zen. 

Note that there won’t be any mats available to borrow, so you should come with yours already in hand. Also, make sure to grab a water bottle and wear comfy workout clothes. Once you arrive and get settled, the yoga instructor will guide you through an hour-long class that begins with strengthening movies and stretches, then flows into yogic breathing techniques. The final part of the class consists of a guided meditation that will help the stresses of your week melt away.
