For over three and a half decades Artie's has been serving up classic "boathouse" fare as one of Fairfax's most popular restaurants.
Not quite seaside and not quite inland, the fine fare at Artie's combines flavors of the Chesapeake with Southern classics. The dinner menu features starters for sharing, like spicy firecracker shrimp and spinach and artichoke dip, plus rotating soups of the day, including classic crab and corn chowder and New England clam chowder. Entrees include a smoky salmon filet, vegetarian penne primavera, and a "simply grilled, absolutely fresh" fish, which varies depending on market availability, to ensure total freshness. If you're more interested in turf than surf, check out the citrusy glazed roast pork tenderloin or the decadent filet mignon with bernaise.
Located on Old Lee Highway, Artie's is a hub of activity for all Fairfax dwellers and easy access for Regent's Park reisdents. Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, plus brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, the welcoming, friendly faces at Artie's will be happy to see you anytime.
