Regent's Park's close proximity to Interstate 66, Route 29, Route 50, and Interstate 495 seems like a perfect location, not to mention the 5-minute walk to the Vienna Metro Station (orange line), which will take you right into Ballston, Arlington, Georgetown and, of course, downtown Washington, DC.

In addition, Regent's Park's neighborhood features a shopping center in walking-distance with a newly renovated Safeway, several restaurants and fast food-places, Starbucks, and several different banks. Just a ten-minute drive from here, you find Tyson's Corner and the Fair Oaks Mall for some upscale shopping.

Regent's Park is close to great schools, such as Oakton High School, Luther Jackson Middle School and Marshall Roads Elementary School, as well as surrounding universities in Fairfax and Washington, DC.

For our nature lovers, the National park "Great Falls", the "Nottoway Park" in Vienna, and the "Van Dyke Park" located in Fairfax offer some great outdoor activities.
